안녕하세요, 리드힐통증의학과입니다.

염증반응을 줄여주는 약물과 주사요법, 윤활 및 재생을 도와주는 주사치료, 체외충격파,
관절 가동범위를 개선시켜주는 도수치료 등을 시행합니다.
퇴행성 고관절증은 원발성과 속발성으로 나누는데 원발성은 자연적인 노화로 인해 생기는 것이며,
속발성은 고관절 이형성증, 선천성 내반고, 결핵, Legg-Calve-Perthes병, 골절 등의 원인에 의해 발생합니다.
우리나라는 원발성은 빈도가 낮고 대부분 속발성인 경우가 많습니다.
파열의 정도와 회복 속도에 따라 다르지만 통상 다친 후 3-6개월 사이부터 가능합니다.
손상의 정도나 동반손상 유무에 따라 다른데요,
측부인대 단독 파열의 경우 4-8주 정도입니다.
대개 8주 이후에는 일상 생활에서는 보조기 착용이 필요 없고,
운동이나 심한 일을 할 경우에만 3-4개월 정도까지 착용하기도 합니다.
측부인대 파열은 수술이 필요한 경우는 거의 없습니다.
주변 구조물에 동반손상이 있지 않는 한 수술은 필요하지 않으며
비수술치료로 잘 치료가 되는 편입니다.
단, 한동안 보조기를 착용해야 하므로 이 부분이 다소 불편하긴 합니다.
슬개골건이 완전 파열된 경우에는 수술이 필요하지만 이런 경우는 매우 드뭅니다.
슬개골건의 질환의 대부분은 염증이나 부분 파열 정도이므로
대부분 비수술치료로 완치가 가능합니다.
운동 전후로 스트레칭을 충분히 하고,
무릎 주변 및 대퇴부 근육 강화운동을 자주 해줍니다.
걷기나 런닝운동 후에는 충분한 휴식을 취하고
운동시 편한 신발을 착용하여 충격을 완화시켜주는 것도 도움이 되겠습니다.
축구, 농구 등과 같이 무릎에 무리가 되는 운동을 많이 하거나,
높이 점프하거나 방향 전환 같은 동작을 많이 할 때,
무릎을 굽혔다 폈다 하는 동작(스쿼트)을 반복적으로 할 때 많이 발생하게 됩니다.
파열의 정도와 선호하는 운동의 종류에 따라 다를 것 같습니다.
파열이 부분적이고 과격한 운동이 아니라면 치료가 끝난 후 가능하겠지만,
파열이 심하고 무릎에 충격이 강한 운동이라면 회복이 끝난 후에도 피하는 것이 바람직합니다.
과격한 운동을 즐기시는 분이라면 수술적 치료를 고려하시는 것도 좋겠습니다.
